Privacy statement
This is the privacy statement of Finance Anders BV, located at Havenstraat 26, 2211 EH Noordwijkerhout (hereinafter: Finance Anders, www.financeanders.nl).
Applicability
This privacy statement applies to all privacy-sensitive information or personal data that you provide to us, for example via a registration form, contact form or orders you place. We attach great importance to the privacy of our customers and therefore exercise the utmost care in handling and protecting personal data. We process data in accordance with the conditions set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Finance Anders is the controller within the meaning of the GDPR with regard to the processing of your personal data. This means that only we determine which personal data is processed, for what purpose and in what manner. We are responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed in a proper and careful manner in accordance with the GDPR. In this privacy statement, we explain what data we process and for what purposes it is used.

Purpose and principles of personal data processing
If you have not given us explicit consent to process your personal data or if you have withdrawn this consent, Articles 6(1)(b), (c) and/or (f) of the GDPR may apply to the processing of your personal data. In that case, your personal data may be processed without your consent, provided that this is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Finance Anders BV. In addition, we may be under a legal obligation to process your personal data.
We process your personal data for the following purposes:

- Calling or emailing you, if needed to provide our services
- Informing you about changes to our services and products
- Being able to perform our (financial) services for you

They also link this data to their database and inform us about it, including your contact details. We use Data-collectief in the manner prescribed by the Dutch Data Protection Authority in order to fall under the exception in the cookie law, which means we do not need your prior consent to use Google Analytics.
View, correct or delete personal data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data. You have the right to data portability if we have digital personal data that we process either with your consent or to perform an agreement we have concluded with you.
This means you can submit a request to us to send the digital personal data we hold about you in a readable computer file to you or another organisation specified by you.
You may send a request to access, correct, delete, or transfer your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data, to info@financeanders.nl.
To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
We would also like to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
